An oval face shape, even a small one, is very versatile. So, whatever you like the best on you. The idea that long hair looks bad on certain face shapes is stupid. If you don't like just plain long though, there are always layers, and if you don't like long hair, there's always medium length or shorter. Depending on your best facial feature (eyes, cheekbones, etc), you can also have bangs that brush a bit over the eyes without actually covering them or sideswept bangs to bring out your cheekbones. Based on what you said, sideswept bangs sound like they'd be good for you if you don't have them already.
