Well, it depends on your face structure

If you have a round face, you should probably get something short. The length sould be somewhere between your shoulders and your chin.

If you have an oval face you should grow your hair long and get long layers maybe.

If you have a bigger forehead get bangs that cover your whole forehead.

i have short blonde wavy hair, but i flatiron it and flip out the ends.

my haircut is a bob, so using all the layers and making them edgy and piecy when you flip out the ends make it very cute (:

I would go with a bob-cut with some short layers, side bangs and maybe a couple of golden blond highlights. Since you have straight hair it wouldn't have any maintenance.
