Hair styles for shoulder length hair?

My hair is a little weird, about shoulder length in the front with long bangs (side part) and about a half an inch longer in the back with layers. It's also very thick and tends towards the frizzy side. All I've found for hair styles is high ponytail, low ponytail and down. I'd love to be able to have a french braid and do that messy waves thing that pretty popular now, but it's just too short, any suggestions with what I can do with it?Hair styles for shoulder length hair?

i have thick sholder length hair and layerd

what i do is flat iron it until it grows or i ponytail it

but i also do this braid each layer of your hair when wet and go to bed and get up and take it out and just work with us with thick have to work with our hair a little bit you know i am going to get my hair thined out well enoght about me i hope i helped o also just go on youtube and type in no heat hairstlyes lov you like a sis buh bye
I have shoulder length hair too.

1. Curl your hair with a 1 inch curling iron for waves

2. Curl your hair with a 3/4 curling iron, not using clamp for simple curls.

3. Do a side bun.

4. Braid your hair into a headband %26amp; tie it.

messy waves- take a shower-or wet your hair-before bed then braid it in as many as you want. the smaller the braids and bigger the amount will make the waves really wavy.
