i actually just cut my hair short like 2 months ago. about 12 inches was taken off.





and i dont regret it. hair grows back. and i get compliments on it all the time.

layers are always good, i would recommend looking on line for pics of yuor fave celebs with the same length of hair you have. keep in mind that it's not gonna look the same on your becasue their hair, head shape, growth patterens, etc. arent the same as yours, but it will help you get an idea of what you might want, then that them to your stylist and concoct an idea or plan

well it depends on if you want to cut it much. If you want to keep the length then you could have a graduated fringe (bangs) down the sides of your face to soften the look.





If you put too many layers in long hair the ends can look very scraggly and ratty so I'd avoid that.
I wear my hair up in the front most of the time. You should try it. I'm planning on getting side bangs. The styles are really short now and I'm still in love with shoulder/neck hair length. It's also nice to put your hair up in a ponytail. You could also try curling it.

my hair is a bit longer. i want to have it cut in medium bob. my hair is fine and straight.
