try a pair of dark jean Bermuda shorts with a plain white v-neck tshirt with a bright colored cami (with lace) underneath it (preferably yellow cami from aeropostale). but on your favorite necklace (silver) with silver hoops (very small hoops) for shoes black flip flops. for hair pull it back into a messy bun then take black ribbon and tie it around the bun.
