What are hot hair styles out there?

please help i have blonde hair that's just below my shoulders.What are hot hair styles out there?
i have the same kind of hair. its really hard to get in high pony tails and have everything stay in place. if you really wanted you could put streaks. you could curl it/straighten it. straight hair looks good all the time. the bangs across the face (demi lavoto hannah montanah style bangs) doesn't look as good with short hair. hope that helps a bit :)What are hot hair styles out there?
