What is the religious significances of the hair styles of the FLDS women?

There is no religious significance to the hairstyles. They're simply outdated hairstyles that have survived in their community due to its isolation. The LDS Church excommunicated their group in 1935. At that time they created the FLDS Church in Short Creek due to its exteme isoliation from law enforcement. The same isolation that keeps FLDS women wearing styles that we haven't seen since the late 1930's.What is the religious significances of the hair styles of the FLDS women?
