What make up and hair styles were worn in the 1990s?

In the early 90's we still liked perms and big bangs. French braids and french twists were popular too.





As for make-up, I don't think it was anything special. Think 80's but muted. Not quite as many bright, flashy colors. More neutral shades I guess.
