If you want it short I would do a lot of layers so you can tease it out and maybe some bangs that are kind of side-swept looking. For makeup go with nothing on your lips or nude lipstick, dark eyeliner(black), black mascara, and some brightly colored eyeshadow. i personally love the scene makeup
you could put your hair in a pony,but not all the way and it could be a cute bun. You could straighten your hair and curl one piece. Ive done these and it looked great. Put on eye liner,not to dark,but noticable,and mascara,and light lipgloss,NOT lipstick,and a cute little outfit,and a dab of blush or skin color on your cheeks to tie it all together!
