A couple of my BFF's are blondes, and I think it looks great when they wear their hair straightened in a loose ponytail. Straightened, loose pigtails look great too, with a couple loose strands. If you prefer using hair accessories, soft pink look best.
get side bangs and put a little bit of brown in it,

like light brown highlights.
