I hair is way layered, so it's hard for me to find cute hair styles that won't fall out. Have any ideas?

My longest layer is about 2 1/2 inches below my shoulders and my shortest is a little above my chin. I LOVE french braids but i have random hairs that stick out, and I can't wear my hair down because I have Cheer ALL THE TIME. Also I swim ALOT, so i need some hair styles for wet hair that will look cute.I hair is way layered, so it's hard for me to find cute hair styles that won't fall out. Have any ideas?

I also have layered hair every time i go to the hair salon and get my hair strainten my cousin says '; Look at the layers Nejat has';. I have long hair so yeah. But you should be proud if not cut youre hair short and wait for it to grow. There's my awnser.
