Just back comb it and put in lots of hairspray. Put in random curls and crimps, and some ponytails at weird spots =)

if you have longish hair:





1. part your dry hair in the middle


2. place a styrofoam cup in the middle of your head


3. pull your hair up covering the cup


4. spray paint ur hair :)
